On a recent trip to Branson, our family checked out the Showboat Branson Belle and had a great time. This is an amazing experience that will take you out on the lake for a show you will never forget on board a paddle wheel boat. Dinner is included in the ticket price, too. This was family friendly and my children, age 6 and 11 at the time, loved every minute of it. The boat is gorgeous inside and out.

As we arrived at the Showboat Branson Belle, there is a small shop to check out. You can purchase coffee, clothing and more at this shop. This is also where you will pick up your tickets for the boat. The show that we got to see on the Showboat Branson Belle was their special Christmas show and it was a lot of fun. Now that Christmas is over, they are offering a patriotic show. This show lasts about 90 minutes.

Dinner started out with a salad and was followed by slow simmered beef roast and honey-dijon glazed chicken. It was an amazing meal. They even make their own dressing and croutons on the show boat. The kids also get their own choice of a few kid-friendly meals. After it is over, you will get the chance to tour the boat and meet the man who drives this boat along the river.

Honestly, the best part of the show was Christopher James. He is an amazing magician and comedian who started out the show and also came back out later on several times. This is also the only place that you can see Janice Martin, the world’s only violin-playing aerialist. She will shock you with her amazing performance, and she can also sing beautifully. The show was something you would never see anywhere else.
