A few years ago I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis, and honestly, it is one of the most painful things I have ever had to deal with in my life. I would have constant pain when I walked and running was out of the question. I went through three doctors before finding one that could actually do anything to help me. One even made it worse, and another said: “Oh, I don’t know what is wrong, wear a boot and see if it gets better.” I finally found a great doctor who gave me steroid shots, but the pain would still come and go. I didn’t want to have to get shots the rest of my life.

When I saw The Healing Sole Flip Flop, I knew this was something I wanted to buy. These flip flops say that they help with the pain caused by plantar fasciitis and ease the symptoms. I was willing to try anything at that point, and one thing I hated about dealing with this was that I couldn’t really wear flip flops anymore and instead needed a show with some support.

Dr. Meredith Warner created The Healing Sole, and I am very thankful for that decision. I have been wearing these off and on for about six weeks. I still wear other shoes, and I also wear other flip flops from time to time. I still have some plantar fasciitis pain, but it is nothing like I was suffering from before. I actually feel like there is no reason to rush in and get a shot done because I am good. It is actually recommended that you only wear them for a few hours at night and not all day to work.

I wouldn’t say that The Healing Sole cured me of plantar fasciitis, but I do feel a lot better, and I would highly recommend them. I love them so much that when this pair wears out, I will be getting a new one. I also know that Dr. Warner is working on a closed toe version, and I can’t wait to try those as well when they are out!
