Today is April Fool’s Day and all kinds of rumors are going around that Jill Dillard Duggar had her baby already. She did not though and wants fans know the truth. The mother-to-be went to her Instagram page to share a photo of what she is doing today.

In the photo, Jill is still obviously pregnant. She shared saying, “Getting some things done while anticipating the arrival of our little man any day! #babydilly.” Hopefully it doesn’t take much longer for her little boy to get here.
