Today I was given the opportunity to speak to Chelsea Gheesling over the phone in an exclusive interview. She is the wife of Dan Gheesling from “Big Brother 14.” We had a great interview and fans are going to be excited to see all of her thoughts on Dan’s game and more!

Chelsea and Dan were not together the first time he went into the “Big Brother” house. They have been together for 2 and 1/2 years. The happy couple just celebrated their one year wedding anniversary on July 2, 2012, but Dan had already left for the show so they had to celebrate early together.

Chelsea said that she had never watched Dan on the show. Her brothers and cousins attend St. Mary’s where Dan Gheesling is a football couch. They decided that they should set them up and her aunt went as far as to invite him to a birthday party they would all be attending. It sounds like love at first site because just one week later they went on their first date and have been together ever since.

Since marrying Dan, she has watched him on season 10 of the show. Chelsea said that they would order pizza on Sundays and watch a few episodes until she was caught up on the entire season. She knew that he was open to going on the show again if the opportunity ever came up.

When CBS contacted Dan Gheesling, Chelsea said that he was so excited about the opportunity that it was a no brainer that he should go back into the game. She has been very supportive the entire way.
